As a Virtual Customer Service Agent, you will perform various tasks including, answering emails, placing orders, and more. For this role a strong internet connection is required, as well as a quiet home office with a door that can be closed during working hours. 

Ultimately, you should be able to handle these responsibilities and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role

Knowledge of social media sites and usage (e.g. Facebook)

Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP

Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)

Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)

Excellent phone, email and chat communication skills

Excellent time management skills

Multitasking skills

Superior organizational skills

High school diploma; additional qualifications are a plus

Computer or laptop with plenty of memory
